The full terms of use for roteiro.consulting are being prepared and will be published on this page. Each engagement is governed by its own written proposal and statement of work.
Public commercial terms
- Proposals: Every proposal shows three options: Bearing Sprint; Full Passage; Full Passage plus 3 months of Headway Core (only when the retainer place is free).
- Payment: Sprints: 50% on signature, 50% at handover. Full Passage: 40% / 30% / 30%. Retainers invoiced monthly in advance. Net 7, EUR, bank transfer.
- VAT: Prices exclude VAT.
- Changes outside scope: Change block: €1,000 for up to 5 hours, agreed in writing.
- Competitor sets: Competitor sets are agreed in writing, and Roteiro may exclude any company from comparison and competitor work without giving a reason.
- Referrals: If a partner referred you, Roteiro pays them 10% of your first project's fees after you have paid, and says so in the proposal. Never on accounts with a conflict of interest. Roteiro takes no fee when it refers work out. No white-label work.
- Ownership: you own your context repository and everything built for you once paid.
