Eight years on the partner side of iGaming. Now the partner side of forex.

Roteiro builds GTM systems for B2B vendors in both markets.

I'm Joao, and I run Roteiro from Limassol, with Lisbon as home base, in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

The short version

  • About 8 years of B2B partnerships in iGaming, across operator, provider and services roles: integrations, commercial deals, go-lives and the co-marketing around them.
  • Now working full-time in forex technology, on the partner side of the broker stack.
  • I build with Claude Code every day: skills, subagents and connectors that turn one person's knowledge into a system a team can run.
  • Roteiro exists because those things fit together. The B2B vendors I meet in both markets have good products and weak GTM, and the tools to fix that are now cheap enough for a 10-person company.

What both stacks taught me

Regulated B2B markets look different on the surface and work the same way underneath.

  • Buyers are committees. In iGaming it is the CEO, the head of casino or sportsbook, payments and compliance. In forex it is the CEO, the dealing desk, the CTO and compliance. Each vetoes for a different reason, and most vendor websites answer only one of them.
  • Integrations are the product. An operator or broker buys what plugs into their stack, in their markets, this quarter. The integration page matters more than the homepage.
  • Regulation is the calendar. A market opening or a reporting change creates more buying intent than any campaign. The vendors who explain it first get the meetings.
  • Events eat the budget. The expo stand gets the money; the website that every visitor checks the next morning gets what is left.

What I build

  1. The context. ICP, positioning, competitor and integration maps, voice and compliance language, as a repo with Claude skills.
  2. The pages. Comparison, alternatives, integration and regulated-market pages, built from one data file so every page says the same thing.
  3. The workflow. The Claude setup that drafts, checks and refreshes those pages, so a one or two person marketing team ships far more without hiring.

Offers and prices: Pricing. How the work runs: Method.

How I work, and why it is capped

I keep my full-time role, so Roteiro is built around it:

  • At most 2 clients: one project and one retainer. Projects never overlap.
  • Async first, with one live call a week, 60 minutes at most.
  • Agents do the volume. I do the judgement: positioning calls, fact-checking, and anything a buyer will read.
  • One free 30-minute session every Thursday, whatever the client load. Sessions

If you need someone in your office every day, I am the wrong hire, and I will tell you who might fit.

Conflicts of interest, in writing

  1. My current employer is not named here. Roteiro also does not work with, write about or rank CRM, back-office or client-portal vendors for brokers, or companies in the same group as one.
  2. Any company I deal with in my day job is off limits, including my employer's partners, integrations, clients and prospects: never a client, never contacted, and never critiqued, compared or ranked.
  3. Former employers and their clients are checked against any obligations that still apply before I take on or write about them.
  4. I never use information from any current or former role in client work or on this site. Every claim on roteiro.consulting links to a public source.

The full rules: editorial policy.

Proof, honestly

Roteiro is new. I have no client case studies yet, and I will not borrow numbers from past employers or invent them. What you can check:

  • This site runs on the templates, data file and workflow I sell. The build log shows how.
  • The open GTM context template is public.
  • The weekly sessions are recorded. Watch one before you book anything.
